All prices are subject to change. Invoices are calculated at the time of order. Shipping will be quoted via email or phone upon confirmation of order. Final invoices will be shipped with the product.
Shipping & Delivery:
Shipping is charged based on the packaged weight and destination of the item. Shipping is international. We ship via FED-EX and Canada Postal Service but other options can be arranged. In-Store pickup of orders is also available. Please bring a copy of your order and a piece of Government ID for pre-paid pickup. Please allow 7-10 days for made-to-order and non-stocked items to ship.
Payment:
We accept Paypal, Cash, Money Orders, Mastercard, and VISA. Paypal transactions are charged a standard 3% fee per transaction. We can pre-authorize credit cards over the phone or via PayPal. (Phone authorization is preferred for security reasons at this time.) All Canadian residents are charged GST. In addition, PST is charged to residents of British Columbia.
Returns:
Electrical components are non-returnable/non-refundable. Before returning an item please contact us. Buyers are responsible for the cost of returning the item to our store. Items damaged during shipping will be handled on a per-case basis at this time. No replacements will be shipped until damaged item is received. All un-damaged returns are subject to a restocking fee of 20% and are expected to be in new condition.
